EP President Metsola: A Stronger Schengen Means a Stronger Europe
Brussels, November 22 (Hibya) – European Parliament (EP) President Roberta Metsola emphasized that a stronger Schengen means a stronger Europe.
EP President Metsola stated that she welcomes today’s positive development regarding the full inclusion of Romania and Bulgaria into the Schengen Area.
She highlighted that the European Parliament has led this call from day one, adding: "A stronger Schengen means a stronger Europe. I expect the final decision in the coming days."
