Message of solidarity from Palestine to Portugal
Jerusalem, August 22 (Hibya) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine issued a message of support to the president, government, and people of Portugal in their fight against wildfires.
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed a message of solidarity to the Republic of Portugal due to the wildfires affecting large areas in the north and center of the country, which have caused numerous casualties.
The ministry’s statement said: "We stand in solidarity with the Republic of Portugal, its president, government, and people. As the State of Palestine, we reaffirm our support and confidence in your ability to overcome this disaster. We wish safety and prosperity for Portugal and its people."
