Prime Minister Sanchez thanks those involved in fighting the fires
Madrid, August 22 (Hibya) – Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez expressed his gratitude to the officials and institutions that supported efforts to combat the fires affecting the country.
In a statement on social media, Sanchez congratulated the Government Delegate in Soria, Virginia Barcones, and the Civil Protection unit for their work. He noted that all state resources had been mobilized to fight the fires and thanked the autonomous communities (CC.AA.) and the international community for their solidarity.
Prime Minister Sanchez emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation in the fight against fires.
