Wong: The partnership between Australia and Vietnam has never been stronger
Hanoi, August 22 (Hibya) - Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong met with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi, to discuss strategic cooperation between the two countries.
Australian Foreign Minister Wong, during her official visit to Vietnam, met with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
Commenting on the meeting, Wong said: “The partnership between Australia and Vietnam has never been stronger. It was an honor for me to meet Prime Minister Chinh in Hanoi.”
Highlighting the growing strategic alignment between the two countries, Wong noted that cooperation in the fields of economy, education, and development was discussed within the framework of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
