Professor Ali Beba is a visionary whose life’s work is built on one powerful belief: experience only matters when it is shared. With more than 40 years of global leadership across academia, business, and civil society, his journey reflects a rare blend of intellect, courage, and purpose.

A graduate of Middle East Technical University (METU), Ali Beba earned his PhD from the University of Tulsa in the United States and later rose to the rank of Professor at Yıldız Technical University. Along the way, he helped shape the future—serving as a scientific advisor to the United Nations Environment Programme, designing energy models with global impact, and leading transformative initiatives within world-class organizations such as Procter & Gamble.

Yet titles were never the destination. Meaning was.

Driven by his guiding philosophy—“Learn, Earn, and Give Back”—Beba has consistently turned knowledge into action and success into social value. He was the force behind Turkey’s “10,000 Women Entrepreneurs Program,” empowering thousands to turn potential into opportunity and ambition into lasting change.

Today, based in New York, Ali Beba leads the Beba Innovation & Entrepreneurship Foundation, where he continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs.
