President of the United States Joe Biden announced that after administrative measures were taken to secure the border, illegal crossings have decreased by over 60%.
Biden noted that this percentage is lower than during the last few months of the previous administration, adding, "Republicans in Congress wanted to play political games with the border issue. But we fought to solve it."
