United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced that after reviewing the harrowing information on internal suffering in Sudan, he concluded that members of the Rapid Support Forces and affiliated militias committed genocide in Sudan.
Blinken emphasized, "The United States is determined to continue pursuing accountability for these atrocities."
