Borrell: Russia has ruthlessly bombed civilian targets in Ukraine recently
Brussels, September 3 (Hibya) - EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell reported that Russia has ruthlessly bombed civilian targets in Ukraine recently.
Borrell noted that Russia recently bombed a sports centre and a shopping mall in Kharkiv, an orphanage in Sumy, and an energy plant in Kyiv.
In his statement, Josep Borrell said, "Such attacks should not be considered outside military objectives. Ukraine has the right to defend itself in accordance with the UN Charter."
