Budrys: Impunity leads to more aggression and oppression
Kyiv, June 10 (Hibya) – Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys stated that impunity leads to more aggression and oppression.
Foreign Minister Budrys announced that he visited the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions together with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.
Budrys said that everywhere they went, they witnessed only inhumane cruelty and crimes committed by Russian aggression. “And this is happening in the 21st century,” he noted.
He expressed admiration for the courage, determination, and resilient spirit of the Ukrainian people, who strive to live as normal a life as possible despite the horrors of war.
Budrys emphasized that all those responsible for crimes against humanity must be held accountable and brought to justice. “Impunity leads to more aggression and oppression,” he said.
