It was announced this morning that Pope Francis, the spiritual leader of Catholics and Head of the Vatican State, passed away.
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates shared a condolence message.
In the message, the ministry stated: “Today, Palestine lost a faithful friend committed to the legitimate rights of its people; a strong advocate for the values of peace, love, and faith around the world; and a true friend of peace and justice.”
