Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

European Council President António Costa said Ukraine was the party most committed to peace, emphasizing that the EU would continue supporting Ukraine and all efforts to bring Russia's war to an end.

Costa said Russia had intensified its attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine and increased its hybrid attacks against EU member states. "This will not go unanswered," Costa said.

Costa announced that EU member states had adopted approximately 1,600 new sanctions measures against Russia today, targeting its military-industrial complex. He described the decision as "the largest single expansion" of the sanctions list since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Emphasizing that Russia's actions would not weaken the EU's resolve, Costa said, "We will continue to increase the pressure until Russia comes to the negotiating table and demonstrates a genuine commitment to ending the war."
