According to CCTV, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced an increase in the number of casualties resulting from Israeli attacks in the country.

According to the statement, since March 2, a total of 3,371 people have been killed and 10,129 injured in Israeli attacks.

The ministry reported that at least 15 people were killed and many others injured in air and drone strikes carried out across southern Lebanon on Friday night and Saturday.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), meanwhile, stated that Hezbollah infrastructure in the city of Tyre and various other locations in southern Lebanon had been targeted.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he had instructed the military to expand and deepen control in certain areas of Lebanon.

Netanyahu described the capture of the Beaufort ridge as "a significant change in military policy."

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that Beaufort Castle would be retained as part of a strategic security zone.

Meanwhile, it was reported that ceasefire talks between Israeli and Lebanese military delegations held in Washington ended without results.
