EU Commissioner Lahbib held talks with Lebanese Foreign Minister Habib
Brussels, December 20 (Hibya) - EU Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib held a phone conversation with Lebanese Foreign Minister Bou Habib.
Lahbib stated that she discussed the humanitarian situation in Lebanon and the region with Lebanese Foreign Minister Bou Habib.
She emphasized that they will work together to prevent regional spillover and the refugee crisis from Syria, adding: "Minorities must be protected. International Humanitarian Law must be respected."
