EU High Commissioner for Foreign Affairs Borrell: EU membership is a strategic choice
Brussels, October 30 (Hibya) - The European Union (EU) High Commissioner for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, stated that EU membership is a strategic choice.
High Commissioner Borrell announced that the European Commission has presented the 2024 Enlargement Package.
Highlighting that today's geopolitical context is more challenging than ever, Borrell said, “EU membership is a strategic choice. Today, we are presenting a detailed assessment of the individual efforts of our 10 partners.”
