EU increases aid funds for Gaza, West Bank, Syria and Lebanon
Brussels, May 21 (Hibya) – EU Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management, Hadja Lahbib, announced that the European Union will increase its humanitarian aid funding for Gaza, the West Bank, Syria and Lebanon.
Commissioner Lahbib stated that the EU will increase humanitarian aid funds for Gaza, the West Bank, Syria and Lebanon.
The allocated amounts for each region are as follows:
“50 million euros for Gaza and the West Bank, 20 million euros for Syria, 13 million euros for Lebanon.”
Lahbib emphasized that these funds will enable humanitarian partners on the ground to support vulnerable civilians in need.
