European Commission Vice President Kallas: A new chapter with Jordan begins today
Brussels, January 29 (Hibya) - The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, met with Jordan's King Abdullah II and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi.
Kallas stated that a new chapter with Jordan begins today.
She emphasized that the new Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership strengthens cooperation in political, economic, and security fields, adding: "This cooperation will be supported by $3 billion in financial aid. We thank Jordan's King Abdullah II and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi for advancing our relations".
