European Parliament approves Leyen to remain as President of the European Commission


Strasbourg, July 19 (Hibya) - The European Parliament has approved Ursula von der Leyen to remain as President of the European Commission.

The European Parliament announced that Ursula von der Leyen has been approved for a second term as President of the European Commission.

Leyen will have another five years to guide the legislation of the EU's main executive body.
