In a statement made by Hektaş Trade Inc. to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that the application for an amendment to the articles of association of Ferbis Agriculture Trade and Industry Inc., a 100 percent subsidiary of the company, for listing on Borsa Istanbul A.Ş has been approved by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and the Ministry of Commerce.
