Prague, May 6 (Hibya) – Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala stated that the decision of the independent court has been taken into consideration.

In his statement, Fiala said: "We believe that the process of evaluating the bids was conducted properly and in accordance with applicable laws. In the supplier selection, the decisive factor was ensuring an adequate supply of affordable electricity for citizens and businesses, with the best guarantees. I believe the court is aware of all contexts and risks and will make a swift decision."
