Foreign Ministers of North Macedonia and the Netherlands meet in The Hague
The Hague, July 7 (Hibya) – North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Timço Mucunski met with Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp in The Hague as part of his working visit to the Netherlands.
During the meeting, the strong bilateral cooperation between the two countries was reaffirmed, and the Netherlands' continuous support for North Macedonia’s EU accession process was emphasized.
The parties discussed opportunities to expand economic cooperation, particularly through increased trade and the encouragement of Dutch investments. NATO partnership, regional stability, and contributions to European and transatlantic security were also on the agenda.
The migration crisis was also addressed, with emphasis on North Macedonia’s responsible and stabilizing role in the region.
