Ghebreyesus: WHO field teams on alert for landslide in India
Geneva, July 31 (Hibya) - World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus reported that WHO field teams are on alert for the landslide in Kerala, India.
WHO Director-General Ghebreyesus stated that he is thinking of the people affected by the numerous landslides triggered by heavy rains in Kerala, India and those who have lost their loved ones.
Ghebreyesus reported that WHO field teams are on alert and are in contact with the state government and health department in case of any need for assistance.
