Hagari: Hezbollah is using Lebanese civilians as human shields
Jerusalem, 28 September (Hibya) - Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari stated that Hezbollah is intentionally using Lebanese civilians as human shields.
It was announced that Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an Israeli airstrike.
IDF spokesperson Hagari claimed that Nasrallah deliberately built Hezbollah's central headquarters under residential buildings in Beirut's Dahiya district. Hagari said:
"Hezbollah is deliberately using Lebanese civilians as human shields. While Hezbollah seeks to maximize civilian damage, Israel tries to minimize it."
