IDF: Armed rocket launchers ready for firing were targeted and destroyed
Jerusalem, May 5 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that armed rocket launchers aimed at Israeli territory in the Khan Younis area and ready for firing were targeted and destroyed.
According to the IDF statement, the forces destroyed armed rocket launchers in the Khan Younis region that were directed at Israeli territory. These launchers were said to belong to the Palestinian Islamic Movement.
The statement added that explosions were observed, indicating the presence of multiple rockets ready to be fired at Israel.
"The Israel Defense Forces will continue to operate decisively and forcefully against all terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip," the statement concluded.
