IDF: Changes made to Home Front Command's defense policy
Jerusalem, September 29 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that a decision has been made to make changes to the Home Front Command's defense policy.
The IDF announced that, as part of the changes to the defense policy, the level of activity in the coastal area (except for the Kiryat areas) and in the settlements of Daliyat al-Karmel and Isfiya on Mount Carmel will move from limited activity to partial activity.
According to the IDF's statement, this decision means that educational activities will be allowed in places where it is possible to reach a standard protection area during defense.
The statement further reads:
"Additionally, in the specified settlements, gatherings of up to 30 people in open spaces and up to 300 people in closed spaces will be allowed. It is recommended to continue following the instructions published by the Home Front Command via official communication channels. Full instructions have been updated on the national emergency portal and in the Home Front Command app."
