IDF: Israeli army opened fire to neutralize multiple suspects
Jerusalem, February 20 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that the Israeli army opened fire to neutralize multiple suspects who posed a threat in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
In a statement, the IDF said that the Israeli army opened fire throughout the day to neutralize multiple suspects who approached security forces operating in various areas of the Gaza Strip and posed a threat.
The statement also noted that in the northern Gaza Strip, IDF soldiers detected several suspects moving nearby early in the morning and opened fire to drive them away. "One of the suspects continued advancing toward the forces and posed a threat to them," the statement said.
