IDF: Senior Hamas member killed
Stockholm, March 29 (Hibya) – The Israeli army announced that it killed senior Hamas member Ra’ad Thabat in an ongoing raid on Gaza's largest hospital, Al-Shifa.
Thabat has been described as "one of the ten best commanders" in Hamas' military arm.
"He was found and eliminated while trying to escape along with two other terrorists," the IDF wrote in a post on X.
About two weeks ago, the Israeli Armed Forces announced that they had carried out a new raid on Al Shifa due to terrorist activities in the hospital building, but both Hamas and hospital staff denied this.
A senior Hamas member had previously been killed in the ongoing raid.
