IDF: This case was never about the facts
Jerusalem, May 31 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) issued a statement regarding South Africa's case before the International Court of Justice.
According to a statement released by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), South Africa's "genocide" case before the International Court of Justice has collapsed. It was stated that South Africa requested an 18-month extension to present its arguments and that written submissions will not be completed before 2029.
The statement claimed that all allegations of "urgency" had turned into requests by South Africa for more time, that the case was never about the facts, and that it appeared to be a propaganda campaign conducted through a legal process in the service of Hamas.
