Jerusalem, May 8 (Hibya) - The Israeli Prime Minister's Office announced that the War Cabinet has unanimously decided to continue Israel's operation in Rafah.
The statement from the Israeli Prime Minister's Office reported that the War Cabinet has unanimously decided to continue Israel's operation in Rafah to expedite the release of hostages and achieve other goals of the war against the Palestinian Islamic Movement by applying military pressure to the movement.
The statement mentioned, "Although the proposal by the Palestinian Islamic Movement does not meet Israel's basic demands, Israel will send a high-level delegation to Egypt to maximize the chances of reaching an agreement on terms acceptable to Israel."
