Israel: UNRWA is part of the problem, not the solution
Jerusalem, October 30 (Hibya) - The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) is part of the problem, not the solution.
The statement from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that numerous UNRWA employees were directly involved in the October 7 attacks, in which 1,200 Israelis were killed, kidnapped, and injured.
The statement mentioned that there are alternatives to UNRWA, stating that “UNRWA is part of the problem, not the solution. To genuinely assist both Israelis and Gazans, UNRWA’s role should be transferred to more capable organizations.”
