Lahbib: I condemn the M23 attacks supported by the Rwandan Armed Forces
Kyiv, January 28 (Hibya) - European Union Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management, Hadja Lahbib, condemned the M23 attacks supported by the Rwandan Armed Forces.
Commissioner Lahbib expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Expressing concern about the violence and its tragic impact on civilians, Lahbib said, "I condemn the M23 attacks supported by the Rwandan Armed Forces. International Humanitarian Law must be respected, and civilians must be protected."
