Lammy: We must prevent further harm to civilians
London, June 14 (Hibya) – UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy said they must urgently de-escalate tensions in the Middle East and prevent further harm to civilians.
Lammy stated that they were alarmed by further overnight attacks and reports of deaths and injuries in Israel.
“Following Prime Minister Starmer’s meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu, I spoke with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyid Abbas Araghchi and called for calm,” Lammy said.
