Moscow, December 27 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that a ceasefire with temporary measures is a dead-end road.
Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov emphasized that a ceasefire (temporary measures) is a dead-end road, adding: "We need binding legal agreements that will create conditions to ensure Russia's security and the legitimate security interests of our neighbors."
