Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said: “On this tragic day, I extend my deepest condolences to Prime Minister Modi and all the people of India. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims in India, the United Kingdom, Portugal, and Canada. We share the shock and grief you are experiencing. We all pray for as many lives to be saved as possible and wish the injured a speedy recovery.”
