Macron: Verdet represents the sense of duty and the honor of service
Paris, April 22 (Hibya) – French President Emmanuel Macron announced that 97-year-old Colonel Pierre Verdet represents the sense of duty and the honor of service.
President Macron stated that Colonel Pierre Verdet, despite his age, represents the sense of duty and the honor of service, adding, “A life dedicated to France, countless missions. Today, I am proud to honor him with a medal on behalf of the Republic.”
Macron said they gathered in Saint-Denis to collectively honor those who have passed away.
