Antalya, April 11 (Hibya) - President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović spoke at the "Seeking Partnerships in the Age of Multipolarity" panel, held within the scope of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

Milatović stated that Montenegro, as the most advanced candidate for European Union membership, has a realistic goal of becoming the next member by 2028. He said, "Our membership could be an example of success and play an encouraging role for other candidate countries."
Milatović also emphasized the importance of continuing the expansion process in strengthening the security of the European continent, saying:
"While addressing our foreign policy priorities, I stated that Montenegro is a reliable member of NATO, and this is of great importance in the current geopolitical context. Furthermore, I emphasized that regional cooperation is one of our priority goals and plays a key role in ensuring regional stability."
