Palestinian Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Migrants Dr. Farsin Agabikian Şahin held a political consultation session at the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of his visit to Northern European countries to strengthen bilateral relations and support the International Peace Conference.

The meeting was attended by Finland’s Permanent State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jukka Salovaara, and State Secretary for Foreign and Security Policy, Outi Holopainen.

At the opening of the meeting, Minister Şahin delivered a detailed presentation on the situation on the ground in the Gaza Strip. He highlighted the genocide and forced displacement campaign carried out by occupying forces against the Palestinian people, the process of ethnic cleansing, the systematic destruction of infrastructure, the use of hunger as a weapon of war, the targeting of hospitals, and the prevention of access to food, water, and medicine.
