In a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, it was noted that there is deep sorrow due to the earthquake in the Philippines.
The statement added: "Our thoughts are with the victims and their families. We express our condolences to those who lost loved ones and wish a speedy recovery to the injured."
