Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that five Israeli soldiers were killed in Gaza.

Netanyahu stated that the American people, especially in Texas, also lost their colleagues, and said:

“No country would settle for less than this. We certainly won’t. I discussed all these matters with President Trump. I may have more meetings with him during this visit. But I must point out that the coordination between our countries is at an unprecedented level between an American president and an Israeli prime minister. This offers great hope for Israel, America, our region, and the world.”
