Netanyahu: We can create a bright and hopeful future for all of us
Jerusalem, October 18 (Hibya) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that together they can push back the forces of darkness, adding: “We can create a bright and hopeful future for all of us.”
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said that the leader of the Palestinian Islamic Movement, Yahya Sinwar, launched the October 7 attacks against Israel a year ago.
Netanyahu stated that Sinwar was killed in Rafah by Israeli Defense Forces soldiers, adding:
"This is not the end of the war in Gaza, but the beginning of the end. I have a simple message for the people of Gaza: This war can end tomorrow. It can end if the Palestinian Islamic Movement lays down its arms and returns our hostages."
Netanyahu said: "Israel will guarantee the safety of anyone who returns our hostages. The reign of terror imposed by the Iranian regime on its own people and the peoples of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen will also come to an end. Together, we can push back the forces of darkness and create a bright and hopeful future for all of us."
