Oasis concert tickets sell out in 10 hours
London, September 1 (Hibya) - Oasis' comeback tour has sold out for all the dates the band announced they will play across the UK and Ireland next summer.
The band wrote on X that tickets for 17 shows had sold out by 7 pm BST. However, many fans criticised the sales process and the prices.
The BBC reported that 1.4 million tickets for the band's 17 shows in London, Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh and Dublin sold out in 10 hours.
Hundreds of thousands of fans queued online throughout the day, hoping to catch a first-hand glimpse of the tour, which comes 15 years after the band's acrimonious split.
"Dynamic pricing" on Ticketmaster, where prices increase according to demand, has seen some remaining tickets go for more than £350. Tickets were priced at £135 when they went on sale.
