Minister Shahin met with Minister Kaneko on the sidelines of the 58th session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, where they discussed the ongoing developments in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Shahin emphasized that what is happening in Gaza is being systematically repeated in the West Bank, pointing to the presence of Israeli occupation tanks at the entrances to camps and the demolition of residential buildings, which he described as a step toward full annexation.

He stated that the Israeli occupation continues its violations under the guise of international immunity and called for support for the rulings of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.
