Moscow, July 11 (Hibya) - Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that NATO is not a security measure but a tool for conflict.
Kremlin Spokesperson Peskov expressed that their opponents in Europe and the United States are not supporters of dialogue.
Peskov said: "Judging by the documents adopted at the NATO summit, they are not for peace. NATO is not a security measure, but a tool for conflict."
