Washington, July 12 (Hibya) - President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the capital of the United States, Washington.
President Erdoğan met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Washington for the NATO Summit.
During the meeting, the course of the Ukraine-Russia war and regional and global issues were discussed.
President Erdoğan stated at the meeting that Turkey continues its efforts to conclude the Ukraine-Russia war with a just peace and announced that work has begun to revive the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
Erdoğan also noted that Turkey is ready for any initiative, including mediation, to create a basis for peace.
