Putin visited the base of the Primorye Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet in Uliss Bay
Moscow, September 4 (Hibya) - Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the Primorye Flotilla of the Pacific Fleet base in Uliss Bay.
Vladimir Putin toured the corvette Rezky and reviewed the information boards on the development of the naval base.
Pacific Fleet Commander Viktor Liina, Primorye Flotilla Commander Alexei Sysuyev, and Corvette Rezky Commander Yevgeny Kovalev briefed Putin on the ongoing processes.
Before visiting the base, Putin travelled by boat to Promezhutochnaya Bay, where a new shipyard will be built by 2031. The president entrusted the implementation of the project to VTB Bank and the United Shipbuilding Corporation.
