The Qatari delegation was led by the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab.

In his speech at the meeting, Al Hanzab emphasized Qatar's commitment to supporting the efforts of the Global Coalition Against ISIS to achieve the desired goals. He highlighted the need for reconstruction, providing basic services in displaced persons’ camps, and reintegrating displaced individuals into their communities.

The meeting discussed the coalition's joint efforts to stabilize areas in Syria and Iraq that were previously under ISIS control.
