Qatar–Saudi Arabia meeting held
Riyadh, June 15 (Hibya) - Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi met with Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khereiji in Riyadh to discuss regional developments and the US–Iran agreement.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations across various fields and increasing cooperation. They also exchanged views on recent developments in the region.
Particular attention was given to the reported agreement between the United States and Iran, which includes freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. The development was described as an important step toward strengthening regional peace and enhancing economic stability.
The meeting also addressed the current situations in Syria, Sudan, and Somalia, emphasizing that regional issues should be resolved through dialogue and in accordance with international law.
The parties reiterated their full support for international initiatives aimed at strengthening regional security and stability.
