Rubio said: "Tax dollars have been sent to unaccountable overseas NGOs funding programs that do not serve the interests of our country. That ends now. Thanks to President Donald Trump, we have restored common-sense leadership. We will invest in America First initiatives and stop funding wasteful and misaligned programs. Today’s budget does exactly that."
