Russell: Children in Sudan need protection and peace
New York, January 28 (Hibya) - UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell said that children in Sudan need protection and peace.
UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell stated that at least 7 children killed or injured during last week's attack on the Saudi Hospital in El Fasher were patients being treated for injuries sustained in a previous bombing in the area.
Emphasizing the need to end violence, Russell said: "Children in Sudan need protection and peace."
