Moscow, March 10 (Hibya) - Russian Federation Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that a new global division has effectively formed.
Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov emphasized that there is a new global division, with the Western minority on one side and the global majority on the other.
He added that this majority, along with well-intentioned people in the West, supports a multipolar world based on a balance of interests.
