Russian prisoners welcomed by Putin in Moscow
Moscow, August 2 (Hibya) - A red carpet was rolled out, and Russian President Vladimir Putin was present when the plane carrying Russian prisoners, part of a prisoner swap between Russia and the West, landed in Moscow.
On board were eight adults and two children. They had been released from several countries, including Norway, Germany and Slovenia.
Putin promised that those freed who were loyal to the military would be nominated for the award.
